We’re sorry to hear that you feel pay is not competitive. Our Compensation and Benefits team works hard to regularly evaluate compensation to ensure all employees are paid fairly. This includes conducting annual compensation reviews using market surveys, taking into consideration things such as experience, market changes and location.
