I can't think of one single thing that was even slightly good about working at Exeter Finance corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas.

Top-heavy: Lots of leaders and few developers Gossip Very shortsighted vision so very little work Any work done by lower ranks must be approved by upper ranks and done in the way that they like, otherwise rework is inevitable No room for creativity Not a team oriented environment The CEO has been fired/resigned depending on who you talk to you High level of paranoia that the internal employees are committing fraud, so lots of covert surveillance and backend logs/audits Not to mention unethical business practices geared at their customers Unhappy, quiet, beat down atmosphere, or company feel, inside the office
