Pros

Medical and dental that’s all

Cons

Toxic and extreme micromanagement Only accrue 6.5 hr every 2 weeks of PTO and 1 floating holiday. No personal nor sick days. Written up if you don’t have enough PTO to cover if you call in sick. Write up for smallest oversight instead of using it as a training and learning opportunity. The training is rushed and unstructured. Mgmt make decisions to make the job harder not easier.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your positive feedback on our medical and dental benefits, as we aim to provide competitive and comprehensive coverage for our employees. However, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our management and PTO policy. We are pleased to provide a generous PTO policy designed to help employees maintain a healthy work-life balance. New employees receive 20 days of PTO, 8 designated holidays and one additional floating holiday during their initial year. Our PTO benefits grow with the duration of employment, as we prioritize our staff's wellness and endorse the use of their PTO. Our Training Department strives to provide training that employees say contributes to success on the job in a setting they describe as comfortable and free of distractions. We also aim to use technology in ways that enhance learning and to deliver training that they describe as active and engaging. We regularly solicit feedback on these items and several more with employees giving our training an very positive average score of 3.5 out of 4.
