Place with only stupidity and demotivation - Recruiter Eximius Design Employee Review

Micro management excels here. Employee work-life balance is a joke. Engineer's are promised on various things before bringing them to company, later just ignored. Work and efforts are not considered. They don't have trust on employees. More than 10+ hours work for women employees (especially recruiters) Recruiters are leaving due to micro Management. Manager will ask 10 recruiters to work on only one requirement. Recruitment managers are least bothered about the team. Horrible shouts at the team in meetings and treat as slaves. Doesn't listen to the team even in the circumstances where every member of team is putting there utmost efforts.
