Too much favoritism is shown to those recruiters leads and managers whom they hire through their contacts even if they don't perform they are safe. Don't believe their words while you take interview they don't keep up their words they will make you to work on requirement when old recruiters are working and you will have no profile to send but minimum 3-5 joiners every month is wanted if you don't they'll say performance issues and fire you before even before you finish your probation. They will always compare you with old recruiters and put you down on the floor when all are watching. Recruiters never please don't join here because they have pressure from the management. They monitor your calls, emails, lunch breaks, restroom breaks and harass recruiters.
