Many Pros .. best of Talents across India collected at one place. Very Helpfull HR and Support Staff . Opportunities are there for those who willing to encash. They do not judge you for your former performance . In Brief , they give you fresh start and its more than sufficient in todays competetive environment .. after all we are not college graduates we need to understand business and its requirements .. I am very much sure .. negetive comments here, are from those who presumed the Organisation to behave as if it is their Tiny Institute or some Training centre.. always pampering even for their mistakes .. thats not possible ... Last Point.. its all Mutual Interest.
