We're sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your employment. When you were hired, it was made clear that Response Coordinators (RCs) work shifts - including weekends and holidays. Our Global Response Center is staffed and operational 24/7/365. RCs work 40 hours per week, unless extraordinary events require overtime - for which they are paid time and a half. RCs accrue 4 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) during each two-week pay period. Unpaid leave is also available. Work-life balance is primarily the employee's responsibility - we can only assist; however, our policies reflect our desire to promote a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
