Pros

- Interesting work - No two days are the same - Growing company - A lot of potential for the upcoming year - Benefits - Health insurance is covered 50%, dental & vision insurance is available, PTO & 401K - Diverse team - Work with coworkers with different backgrounds, nationalities and cultures - Management recognize hard work and loyalty - Convenient location - You don't need to drive downtown

Cons

- Daily tasks vary greatly - if you're someone who likes to punch a clock and do the same thing every day, this is not the place for you - 401K is not yet matched by employer. (There are plans to match it in the future)

Headquartered in FL. Might not get as much facetime if located on the west coast.

Extra days off during the week because you work 12 hour shifts

Cons

Switching every two months from Day shift to Night shift
