      Working for an industry leader who is re-shaping the energy landscape in the US. Gives great exposure to the industry, educates it's team well and provides great resources to get the job done. Very entreprenurial spirit.

      Cons

      Instability due to fluctions in commodity prices, high profile CEO, large debt load due to disruptive business model.
