Chesapeake used to have great perks, benefits, pay, and positive, visionary management.
Cons
New management is only interested in cutting costs at all costs. Many perks and benefits already cut, huge staff cuts in progress, and new management has broken trust and lost the respect of existing staff. Look elsewhere for better opportunities.
