Pros

compensation was decent. company values were family oriented at one point. only certain employees are allowed an opportunity for growth in the region i worked in.

Cons

benfits have depleted since Lawler took over. fellow employees (not mgmt) were easy to work with. when i was there it was very difficult to take time off. Lost my first 2 years of vacation, since not able to get approval for PTO and unable to rollover any PTO. 2nd tier management not very knowledgeable in operations and just looking to get promoted no matter who they step on or throw under the bus. South Texas region needs better upper managment. no class.

Pros

Pleasant coworkers who are always willing to assist and educate, great team working and collaborative environment

Cons

Terrible, far below industry-average pay, required to work weekends and evenings for free, long hours. Management is composed of the most incompetent fools imaginable. The turn over is so high you’d think management gets extra bonus for losing people. Zero upside to hard work, will result in no raises or promotions. The only thing management values is how much butt you can kiss and how much you fall in line. Keeping up with appearances and playing politics while puffing up management’s ego by saying how great all their idiotic decisions are is the only way you’re going to get anything at this company. Layoffs are extremely common, if you want job security you won’t find it here. If your favorite hobby is drinking the corporate kool-aid you’ll love it here, otherwise find anywhere else to work.
