Pros
Good company with great benefits. Friday afternoons off was a nice thing as well! Most employees are great to work with, and very talented.
Cons
Lots of changes and doesn't seem to be slowing down. Industry is having a difficult time right now, so job security is a problem. Communication is still a problem, and the campus layout only compounds the problem.
