- Change in C-level leadership every 4+/- or so years (not always a bad thing, just the nature of the beast so to speak) - Re-orgs happen when the C-level changes happen

Genuinely some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Lay offs are now the normal. Expedia doesn’t care about its customers, day to day employees, and prioritize stock and shareholder value. Lots of flowery talk with no action. No upward mobility and they lack two way feedback (from IC to leadership) and adequate career development. It’s easier if you leave and come back for a proper raise and title.
