Pros
Fairly consistent 9-6 job. Great benefit package. Low stress job if at CHQ. Expectations regarding quality/amount of work is low, allowing one to explore interests as they see fit.
Cons
Bureaucracy continues to increase. Lack of ownership and accountability. Loss of key individuals and no layoffs have left a work force where fewer and fewer people are capable of getting the work done for the company. The company has been slowly losing it's innovators and those that have pride in the quality and amount of work they produce, leaving the company with many "Steady Eddies".
