Pros

- Lots of smart, hard working people - Good set of benefits

Cons

- Entry pay package might be competative but with time the company starts lagging behind others with pay, do not count for salary increases here. It's not happening - End of Year reviews are not based on your output but based on which managers you know and are buddies with (as well as how capable your manager is). This also affects your chances for progression and bonuses - Career progression is a joke - Lots of micromanagement and repeated admin tasks - Lack of clear communication channels - Higher management is absolutley clueless about direction and plans - Meetings for meetings - Highly technical decisions made by non technical people outright ignoring specialists because they think they know better - Quite a few questionable and untrustworthy characters in management - Poor care about employee wellbeing and mental heatlh - Continiously increase of employee survailance - Endless "restructuring" and offshoring - Forced feedback - but of course don't be too honest because you'll be told off about it - Buzz words - whole management runs on it - Gaslighting redundant employees - managers are trying to squeeze every ounce of energy and work out of redundant employees even telling them lies - No overtime, but if something happens or poor deadline has to be reached expect to be requested to work even during your time off. In most cases you can claw the time back, but managers can also be VERY funny with this and sometimes you literally have to argue for your time back - Untrustworthy HR

Pros

Decent salary & benefits, monthly no internal meeting days

Cons

Friendly reminder that HR does not care about you. They care about staff with seniority, whom they will allow to retaliate despite that being against company policies. Think twice about reporting the higher ups because it will come back to haunt you, guaranteed. Also, AI is the only thing that matters anymore. Watching the volume of once-impressive colleagues become so single and simple minded through constant AI usage is not only disappointing but genuinely alarming. Thinking for oneself is no longer the standard, it seems, and speaking against such unfettered use of AI in all things will get you professionally ostracized.
