Pros

Pros only if you are friends and say YES SIR to everything share. Talent independent people should avoid

Cons

One change after another and people been targeted or pushed out of the organization in the name of low performance or creating duplicate roles. All good people hired from outside are leaving due to internal politics and partiality towards certain individuals who are hired from the same organization. The so called super leaders are made accountable and they are only roaming outside when the real need is to sit down with the team and solve the problem.. Many teams have been dismantle and more useless people are promoted... the only criteria is to say YES SIR to what is been told. Lower level teams are working day night like workers and the leader doesn't even care about what is going on... duplicate leader adding one more level in between... ....the people sitting in leadership and experian region are blind or have left... they are blaming the old leader only. The HR knows everything and is also a YES boss and junior and doenst have a stand to question and make people accountable for their own job.

Pros

Decent salary & benefits, monthly no internal meeting days

Cons

Friendly reminder that HR does not care about you. They care about staff with seniority, whom they will allow to retaliate despite that being against company policies. Think twice about reporting the higher ups because it will come back to haunt you, guaranteed. Also, AI is the only thing that matters anymore. Watching the volume of once-impressive colleagues become so single and simple minded through constant AI usage is not only disappointing but genuinely alarming. Thinking for oneself is no longer the standard, it seems, and speaking against such unfettered use of AI in all things will get you professionally ostracized.
