Pros
Experian like most employers don't get everything perfect, however, they do get a lot right. I have worked for Experian for a little over 4 months and whilst I am still navigating the company and learning lots. Experian have always made sure that I have support, engagement and resource available to me. The working environments are lovely, collaborative and friendly. People will meet in communal areas to have meetings, reviews and chats. These are always inviting and relaxed, informal areas. The communications throughout the company are excellent and everyone is given the opportunity to be involved and have a voice. The Perks. Sadly, I haven't really looked in to the Perks yet. But, I know staff are given a lot of discounts for shopping and activities, as well as gym discounts, employee schemes and other intensives.
Cons
Sadly the offices are restricted on parking and this can result in using public car parks (these are often free) but not on-site. The recruitment communication throughout my interview process was a little challenging and I couldn't always get hold of the recruiter. The food options in the canteen don't cater for dietary requirements and it would be great to see a broader range of choices.
