      Get to work with clever people on exciting projects Culture is great and a key focus for the LT Everyone has an opportunity to shape the direction of the business

      Cons

      Often slow to react due to region and global arms of the business Reliant on a few good key people which can cause bottlenecks and significant overworking of these people

      Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

      Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
