Pros
Great communication and a friendly and supportive team. Despite being remotely onboarded, as the whole business is working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, I have been provided with the equipment I need to work remotely, and have been doing so for over 2 months now. Even though we're all working remotely, the available collaboration tools (MS Teams and WebEx in particular) mean I very much feel a part of my new team, even before we have the chance to meet face to face.
Cons
Limited test tooling and fully outsourced test planning and execution. Also, like most organisations in my experience, more focus on shifting QA and Test activities to the left would yield benefits.
