Pros
- Really great response to COVID-19. I joined during lockdown and the onboarding process has been seamless (minus a few tech issues which is to be expected) - People are genuinely really lovely! I had this expectation that Experian was going to be your traditional corporate, cold or cut-throat style business, but the reality is so so different! - Transparency in business updates from the Exec Board (something I personally value) - Bags of passion - Every team is genuinely a master of their own craft - Wide spanning support networks. I've joined our Women in Experian, Pride Network and Employer Global branding team all within 4 weeks of joining - Lots of opportunities to voice your opinion and make real change - Great perks. I've been using the online discounts portal since joining and saved £100+ (Con's are a spend a lot on online shopping) - Endless opportunities for personal development. Elevate Learning has tons of videos and online courses for you to take advantage of - Flexible and agile working - Team socials (Albeit only virtual for now) - Lateral moves, secondments and opportunities to try new business areas
Cons
- Sadly I haven't seen the office so can't comment on the workspace - I've heard parking can be scarce but flexing hours helps with this - Our brand really doesn't sell or reflect what goes on behind closed doors. Experian is hand on heart a brilliant place to work! Just 3 months in and I'm convinced this could be a long-term home for me.
