Pros
Work-life balance, they say it and mean it. You do not work past 5 and there is no expectation out of normal business hours, which you can set for yourself. The company is very flexible. People. Everyone generally really likes working here. Very collaborative and supportive environment. Growth. There are so many different departments you can work in and/or move to if you want a new challenge. Benefits - I have never had such great benefits.
Cons
Pay is a bit lower, but the benefits package easily makes up for it if you look at the bigger picture. The biggest con would be internal promotions. Like most companies, there are rules on timing, etc. Experian should focus more on promoting from within at the right time and at the right price. You only stand to lose good talent when you have practices like that.
