Wow, 9+ years. Thank you for providing feedback here on Glassdoor and for being part of our succes for almost a decade. I'll pass your comments on internally to HR and leadership re: career pathways. Personally it's not something I've expereinced or seen as an issue across the business. We are committed to making Experian a truly exceptional place to work and thrive, and a safe space for all. Therefore I'd recommend, if you haven't already, being vocal to your manager/leader about your career progression aspirations. I've found being clear, vocalising your wants and being proactive tend to pay dividends, i.e. balancing and exploring employer generated and employee generated opportunities. Hope that helps
