Pros
Reputable company and young, fun environment. Good for someone very self motivated. If you are smart and work hard, you'll be successful. There's a lot of opportunity to move to different departments and learn different roles. Ideal for someone straight out of college.
Cons
Management changes vision and strategy constantly and is not fully engaged with employees. Work is measured more on what people think you are doing and not the real quality of work done. There's a lot of turnover and strong talent seems to leave the company often.
