Pros

working remotely is what i enjoyed

Cons

Systems used are faulty and crash daily. Training is long and you can be moved to another department at a moment's notice which would require 4+ weeks of more training. Daily - Weekly check-ins with your supervisor even when you're doing well. Seems forced

Great work culture! Everyone is welcoming. I really like the work-life balance.

There are really no cons that I can think of.

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
