Pros

There were literally no pros working for Experian.

Cons

They do not care about their employees. You were not allowed to use the bathroom if you had already used all of your slotted break time, which was 1 hour. I quit working there in 2015. There is no option to pick 2015, so I just picked 2020.

I'd love to think Experian was still the same back in 2015 but maybe it wasn't. Your feedback reflects a time that was almost a decade ago. What I can tell you, having been here 6 plus years now, is that during my entire time here I have witnessed and experienced Experian very much caring for employees and their families. Experian is a proud 'people first' organisation. That's not just talk, but genuine care and a commitment to making Experian a truly exceptional place to work. Experian’s strong people first approach is award winning; Great Place To Work™ in 24 countries, FORTUNE Best Companies to work and Glassdoor Best Places to Work 2024 to name a few. All the best. Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
