Full of stressful env and no help from managers - Operations Manager Experian Employee Review

It is disheartening to read you feel your Experian journey overall is 1 star after 4 years, particularly as this is a contrast to the majority of the experiences described here on Glassdoor and from what I hear and see across the India business. You haven't mentioned if you have raised your issues internally through the numerous channels and options available, including the Quarterly Focus Group Discussions and 1 - 1 meetings that HR runs with all teams including Operations.
