Thanks for sharing your experiences. I am disheartened to read you feel your Experian journey is 2 stars. Particularly as this differs from the overwhelmingly positive reviews here on Glassdoor, I'd certainly hope you'd have a similar enjoyable experience to others. We'd love the opportunity to convert that 2 into a 5. I'd highly recommend reaching out to a HR leader to discuss your feedback directly with them, or one of your leaders. Our global performance approach is consistent, transparent and above all equitable. As ratings are up to 5, and the fact distribution loosely follows a bell-curve, the majority of colleagues will attain a 3 rating. Context is important, 3 isn't average, it's classified as successful performer; meets and sometimes exceeds the minimum standard requirements of all goals set, consistently meets the output requirements of the role and delivers results.
