- great leadership from the branch, helpful, you do not get feeling in many companies that you matter more than an employee - you can do it your way, no strict processes, but you have to be result-oriented. That is fair

- more "everyone for him self" attitude, I would appreciate if the team would spend more time together outside paid events.
