      Lovely people, good benefits, excellent training

      Cons

      micromanagement, management and senior fail to identify that life happens and the importance of flexibility to encourage a strong workforce. Poor communications from senior management regarding any importance structural changes.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
