Pros

Management is lenient when it comes to taking days off. Compared to other call centers, metrics are achievable. Regularly offers 30 minute overtime lunches during busy or not so busy days. Schedule is great (Monday-Friday, 8-5).

Cons

No benefits, no paid sick leave & vacation leave. Very low rate. No incentives.

Pros

As far as a staffing / contracting firm they are by far one of the best out there, giving their contractors much better treatment than other companies I have heard of.

Cons

Not so much about the company, but of the industry, that once you are assigned a position that is where they like you to stay. They want to keep their customers happy, so don't want you to switch out. The company you work with are not about to promote a contractor. So ultimately you get frozen in place.

Pros

- hybrid work environment - lots of learning opportunities for new business professionals - decent commission structure

Cons

- lots of changes with company acquisition and new leadership - success is heavily dependent on market conditions and hiring trends - difficult to move into other areas of organization
