-Great pay both base and commission structure -Independence -Great leadership -The backing of a global enterprise while working closely with those higher up in the company -The ability for the company to adjust efficiently and not have to cut jobs during a pandemic -Continuous training throughout your career -Consistent corporate communication -Ethical, moral, progressive and all-inclusive behavior is celebrated at this company

Cons

-100% remote (this could be a pro or a con!) -technological issues on occasion -incredibly fast-paced (this could be a pro or a con!)

Pros

As far as a staffing / contracting firm they are by far one of the best out there, giving their contractors much better treatment than other companies I have heard of.

Cons

Not so much about the company, but of the industry, that once you are assigned a position that is where they like you to stay. They want to keep their customers happy, so don't want you to switch out. The company you work with are not about to promote a contractor. So ultimately you get frozen in place.

- lots of changes with company acquisition and new leadership - success is heavily dependent on market conditions and hiring trends - difficult to move into other areas of organization
