1. Pay is very less. 2. They will not give experience letter when we are undergoing the training from Manipal Intitute. 3. After completing the training if the project is allocated then, that time only the experience starts to count. 4. If we do not get any project from their partner companies like IBM, then they will not pay anything to us as well as no experience, in my case after training, I waited for the 4 months, so overall my 6 months got wasted without the experience certificate.
