      no micromanaging, remote work, lots of downtime, nice team

      Cons

      lack of training, things are always changing & many last minute time sensitive requests. have to deal with the public. lack of growth within the company. no 1 on 1 development meetings. have to use PTO for holidays, personal days, & sick days.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
