      Good for freshers. They are go and learn things

      Cons

      Incentives will not be paid. Patric is the project manager and he will not keep up his words. He would say anything to get placements out of you and not give you the money you deserve.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
