Pros

I started working in the Atlanta office pretty recently and it's been great so far. Excellent opportunity if you're a passionate sales / recruiting professional and want a reputable company on your resume. - Massive company, a lot of opportunity to build your network internally and with clients. - Opportunity to work with the biggest brands in the world. - The president (Kye Mitchell) is a super nice lady. She is very invested in her employees and Experis. - 20 days of PTO, excellent Hybrid model (Mondays and Fridays at home). - Amazing benefits (401k match, United Healthcare, HSA Account). - Super nice office. - My coworkers are awesome. We are super close and I consider them friends as well. - Excellent earning potential. Above average base salary and solid commission if you are making placements. - 3 month ramp up period.

Cons

- We've experienced some turnover in our ATL office, but personally I think it's been for the better. Senior leadership has been very supportive and helpful during the transition. - Competing with your coworkers when job orders are low.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
