Pros
As the Holidays wrapped up I was reminded about why I love working for Experitec. I had just taken a week and a half off of work for Holiday break when I was hit by a sinus infection. There was no hesitation by Manager or coworkers when I asked for additional days off - only get-well wishes. We built a strong relationship and they trusted me to be dedicated to my work when I got back. I know a lot of people who work for companies that 1) wouldn't allow the additional time off without taking more vacation days or using their sick leave or 2) wouldn't be comfortable even asking for the extra days off. Our unlimited paid personal time off is an amazing benefit and that's why Experitec is such a great place to work - they know their employees are people first and things happen.
