Pros
The culture of Experitec is second to none. They have won Gallup's best place to work multiple years in a row, and work very hard to keep that culture despite the environment we're currently in. They keep you engaged and actively participating in make Experitec a better place. Being a partner to Emerson means that they have access to industry experts at a moments notice to help them make smart decisions at their customer sites.
Cons
The company is fairly flat with not much turnover, so it is hard to progress 'up the ladder' Also, there is an expectation to push yourself past your assigned role in order to have a chance at progressing in the company.
