Pros

I love what I do, my team and working with direct EHR. The clients success and satisfaction with service is what really makes the day for me Great! The CEO is passionate about the company and building a legacy for himself. He is very understanding of financials and is open and informative to the entire company in that respect. Overall I truly love what I do and feel proud to work for Experity.

Cons

Management decisions and lack of employee encouragement for growth and appreciation in addition to poor pay and no compensation for extra job duties from high levels of staff attrition. There is no room for growth currently and there is noticeable clicks which is common at most large companies. VERY STRESSFUL and feel unsupported or appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. We're so glad that you love what you do! We truly could not have predicted what the last year would bring with the unprecedented volume of business. We recognize and realize the commitment and effort our team members made in 2020 and worked hard to show that through implementing a recognition program, paying out full bonuses, adding an extra holiday, and many other incentives. As a current team member, we would encourage you to reach out to a member of POps to discuss further.

Pros

Work from home position only good

Cons

This workplace operates in a cult‑like environment where management benefits while the rest of the staff is left struggling. Leadership consistently displays unprofessional behavior, and instead of supporting employees, they create an atmosphere of fear, favoritism, and division. Management openly flaunts their own financial comfort while many employees can barely afford basic needs. Rather than building people up, they talk down to staff and make it clear that only those at the top matter. The leads lack real leadership skills — they don’t guide, they don’t support, and they certainly don’t set a positive example. There is also a pattern of pushing personal beliefs onto employees, which is inappropriate and creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. Instead of fostering teamwork, they encourage competition, gossip, and drama. It often feels like teams are intentionally pitted against each other, creating unnecessary tension and stress. Overall, the culture is unhealthy, unbalanced, and discouraging. Employees deserve a workplace where leadership is professional, supportive, and respectful — not one where intimidation, favoritism, and drama are the norm.
