Pros

Most peers are pretty amazing to work with! If it wasn't for my peers, I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did.

Cons

-Merger - I understand changes happen and there are growing pains with mergers. The way this merger was handled was absolutely a circus. DocuTAP was a mostly well oiled machine where all team members for the most part worked together to reduce silos between teams. Once the merger happened, those silos were rebuilt higher and higher and everyone was scared to say the wrong thing or go "out of their lane" for fear of repercussion. Sometimes you just need to get the job done and they shouldn't be punished for that. CEO - The CEO gives many people bad vibes. He seems to say whatever pops into his head which causes lots of worries and turmoil along with a bad taste for him as the first few times we were in company meetings he spoke of his own wealth and all this profit the company is going to and is making. Well thats all great but when people deserve to be promoted, receive raises and recognition for how hard they work and they get a gift card or bonusly points, that does not sit well. I was someone that was struggling because more work was being added to my plate and I had had many successes that my direct manager was aware of but after 3 years in that specific position, I was never able to move up to the next level.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I agree that we've got some really great people working here, though I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time at Experity after the merger. Our Share Openly core value does mean that we sometimes share things before they are 100% finalized which can cause some uncertainty. We do our best to find the right balance. We're really proud that we share the profitability of the company through our quarterly bonus program for all employees, and our employee equity/ownership which means that ALL employees will benefit financially when there is a future change in ownership.

Pros

Work from home position only good

Cons

This workplace operates in a cult‑like environment where management benefits while the rest of the staff is left struggling. Leadership consistently displays unprofessional behavior, and instead of supporting employees, they create an atmosphere of fear, favoritism, and division. Management openly flaunts their own financial comfort while many employees can barely afford basic needs. Rather than building people up, they talk down to staff and make it clear that only those at the top matter. The leads lack real leadership skills — they don’t guide, they don’t support, and they certainly don’t set a positive example. There is also a pattern of pushing personal beliefs onto employees, which is inappropriate and creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. Instead of fostering teamwork, they encourage competition, gossip, and drama. It often feels like teams are intentionally pitted against each other, creating unnecessary tension and stress. Overall, the culture is unhealthy, unbalanced, and discouraging. Employees deserve a workplace where leadership is professional, supportive, and respectful — not one where intimidation, favoritism, and drama are the norm.
