Pros

The team that you work with for implementation is really strong and great to work with. Management is very knowledgeable in the space, but keeps things in perspective to ensure long term team member success. A great health IT company.

Cons

I think they are a little low at times for pay structure in the space they work in. They have a bonus structure and other ways of making money, but could be more aggressive to draw top talent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback! We agree that Experity is a great health IT company! We are continuously reviewing our pay structure and total compensation package to ensure that we can attract top talent - the past two years have been challenging as the market is evolving faster than the data can reflect. We strive to be as proactive as possible, and I know most companies are feeling the same challenges right now.

Pros

Work from home position only good

Cons

This workplace operates in a cult‑like environment where management benefits while the rest of the staff is left struggling. Leadership consistently displays unprofessional behavior, and instead of supporting employees, they create an atmosphere of fear, favoritism, and division. Management openly flaunts their own financial comfort while many employees can barely afford basic needs. Rather than building people up, they talk down to staff and make it clear that only those at the top matter. The leads lack real leadership skills — they don’t guide, they don’t support, and they certainly don’t set a positive example. There is also a pattern of pushing personal beliefs onto employees, which is inappropriate and creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. Instead of fostering teamwork, they encourage competition, gossip, and drama. It often feels like teams are intentionally pitted against each other, creating unnecessary tension and stress. Overall, the culture is unhealthy, unbalanced, and discouraging. Employees deserve a workplace where leadership is professional, supportive, and respectful — not one where intimidation, favoritism, and drama are the norm.
