Leadership consistently displays unprofessional behavior, and instead of supporting employees, they create an atmosphere of fear, favoritism, and division. Management openly flaunts their own financial comfort while many employees can barely afford basic needs. Rather than building people up, they talk down to staff and make it clear that only those at the top matter. The leads lack real leadership skills — they don’t guide, they don’t support, and they certainly don’t set a positive example. There is also a pattern of pushing personal beliefs onto employees, which is inappropriate and creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. Instead of fostering teamwork, they encourage competition, gossip, and drama. It often feels like teams are intentionally pitted against each other, creating unnecessary tension and stress. Overall, the culture is unhealthy, unbalanced, and discouraging. Employees deserve a workplace where leadership is professional, supportive, and respectful — not one where intimidation, favoritism, and drama are the norm.
