Pros
Work from home, average health benefits and PTO
Cons
TLDR: Everyone is overworked and underpaid. Here's a list of the company's values and how Experity is failing to meet them: 1) delight the client: buggy software on the client side and outsourced customer service on the patient side; clients (clinics) and patients consistently complaining about this, understandably. 2) share openly: HR says they "analyze the current salary market in order to stay competitive" but refuses to give any more information. And it is blatantly not true; wages are not competitive and that's (part of) why turnover is increasing exponentially. 3) set and crush goals: at Experity, the goals crush you! Productivity in C&C was always "low" because we had way too much on our plates 4) team first: Communication among departments was laughable and caused a ton of issues 5) lift others up: getting occasional Amazon gift cards from bonusly doesn't count as "lift others up." I never felt supported by upper management or HR. Complaints were either glossed over or blatantly ignored.
