Pros

Excellent work environment for the right people. Incentives and team night out are excellent (if you are on the right team). Lovely office even though its not in the city.

Cons

Micro managed beyond belief Team depending...you are just treated like a number no real care or training is given They get you to phone candidates on your interview to "see if your good enough" Morale in the office is non-exsistent You are borderline forced to work every hour under the sun and weekends. When you leave or refuse you are berated. There is a very "us & them" culture with alot of bullying if you arent in the right "circles" there is no client ownership at any point someone can mess or ruin a relationship you have taken time to build

We are hugely disappointed to hear that you had such a negative experience and would urge you to get in contact with more detailed feedback so we can take immediate action. We take any accusations of bullying very seriously and are dealt with sensitively and formally. This has come as a surprise as we have had no reports of bullying in any exit interviews so are eager to take appropriate action- thank you in advance for your cooperating in anyway you can.REgarding being foreced to work every hour under the sun, again we must stress this is not factual and employee well being is one of our key 2020 initiatives. As with all sales roles long hours are often associated with success, especially in a market where our candidates are more comfortable talking outside of their own working hours.Nonetheless, thank you for taking time to leave your thoughts, and we hope you get in touch to provide more information.SianHead of People
