      Lack of formal training. Management not very supportive of individual efforts to obtain technical training and additional education.

      Company spends a lot of money on food and entertainment, events and perks

      Cons

      It's not what you know, it's who you know. A lot of favoritism, zero room for growth, very low pay for the workload, and if you even think about addressing an issue, you are DONE. The rules apply to some, but not all. The board really needs to do an audit on the spending habits, they blow money while the company stays in the red. A lot of waste and abuse.
