Pros

It is easy to get a job here. They hire lots of people during holiday times and summer. Good place to start in retail.

Cons

Despite the clothes being kinda pricey, many employees start at bare minimum wage. There is no commission. Associates will not be given many hours unless it is holiday season. If business is slow for an hour, management will cut shifts, which leads to understaffing later in the day or week. Unrealistic sales goals. No compensation for hard work other than a pat on the back if management likes you.

Pros

*My last year working was 2020 but was not listed as an option* Decent employee discount Close proximity to where I lived

Cons

Excessive amount of pressure to get customers to sign up for the store card, despite most clientele were loyal customers whom already had a card and were a member of the rewards program Shame was a big motivational tool when I left in 2020, there was a list (full names, not employee numbers) of those whom had underperformed when it came to getting customers to sign up for a credit card that was fully visible in the back room to anybody whom went back there. Many times, hours were distributed to those whom were able to get the most credit card sign-ups instead of those with better availability, or significant skills in other aspects of being a stylist or salesperson such as product knowledge, or people skills.
