TRY to take time off, just try ... I took vacation, had to fight to get the time off, had to fix the phone system while ON A PLANE while on vacation - had a heart attack - had to help someone ON THE WAY TO HOSPITAL, had covid was accused of BEING PETTY on the way home. left with over 4 weeks vacation saved up - of course it wasn't paid out. in the 5 years I was there, not one time did I have a dinner with my wife unmolested. ZERO work life balance. ZERO. do not work at this company... please... don't do it to yourself. I'm sure we'll get the "the only way we get better is by reviews garbage. Form sincerity is all you will get... please don't work here.
