      Uncapped commission, no cold calling, flexibility, multiple locations

      Cons

      Low quality appointments set by company, material always changing and never high quality to compete with competitors. Contractors do poor work on jobs you sell. 6 day work weeks

      Amazing company with a great culture and exceptional leadership.

      Nothing, no company is perfect but Express Flooring cares about it's people from the ground up. Everyone is treated with value and respect.
