Unfriendly and Bureaucratic work environment - Anonymous employee Extell Employee Review

When I started, I walked around to introduce myself. Employees would not even stand or shake my hand, they simply looked at me and went back to work. Needless to say the work environment was very strained. Training consisted of being given a packet of log-in information and "figure it out".
