There aren't many careers available in Louisville (let alone Kentucky) which allow you to work on projects that change the skyline in one of the largest cities in the world, New York City! At Extell, you have the opportunity to work on projects that are building some of the most beautiful buildings/ski scrapers in the world. There is so much growth potential at Extell Financial Services and you are allowed to grow with your projects since some could take years to complete. Not only do the projects make this such an amazing place to work, but also the people! We all work together to achieve our goals and have fun while doing it. Upper management has really tried to focus more on the employee experience after this past year (2020 pandemic) and they really care about your growth not only with Extell but professionally. Highly recommend to anyone that is driven, enjoys the fast pace environment, and looking to grow in this real estate development industry!

It is deadline driven, fast paced, and cyclical (monthly close). However, some people thrive in this environment.
