Pros
Specifically for our hotel, everybody helps out. Co-workers look out for each other. Previous management keeps up the place and work together with their team to develop a friendly environment. Most guests are long term guests they know everyone around the facility making it feel more homely.
Cons
Reminded management my days off due to church and school and was accused of having too many restrictions, and management shouldn't have to cover it because "all of a sudden I cannot do night laundry( graveyard shift) anymore" since I am pregnant. Pay rate is not fair for the amount of job they expect you to do sometime. Very high employment turnover rate. Hire housekeepers over the phone causing them to quit after a week.
